Overview
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. View our refund section below for more details.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Please contact us at appointments@alternativesbodyworks.com to request a refund, If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
